-There are many passionate, energetic people that want to succeed -Pet friendly -Office space overlooking the lake -Start up "work hard play hard" mentality
Cons
-Lack of upward growth opportunity (I saw one person get "promoted" in over a year of being there) -There is a obvious divide between "day 1"/honorary day one people and everyone else -Lack of accountability -Pay is well below market average in many positions and the hours are long
