In the gutter

Pros

Great equipment, flexible work hours

Cons

Fetch is not interested in growing individuals. AI is king. Most support management knows each other from previous jobs and promotes accordingly. Support management wears surviving layoffs as a badge of honor. Multiple leadership programs like Fetch BA and one on one growth programs either fell apart while attempting to balance with daily work or didn’t even take off to begin with. I would only recommend this job to someone who enjoys the thrill of not knowing when the next layoffs are coming. I don’t see this company being around in the next ~10 years. Those who are still at the job that I keep in contact with say company morale is in the gutter. Truth and transparency comes last for Fetch.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for the many years you spent at Fetch. We’re glad to hear that you found value in the flexibility and equipment we provide, but we’re sorry to learn that your overall experience left you feeling unsupported. Your feedback around career development, transparency, leadership, and morale is important to us. We know how meaningful opportunities for growth are, and while some development initiatives, including our Fetch BA program in Customer Support, were paused due to changing business needs, investing in our employees’ growth continues to be a priority, and we intend to bring programs like these back in the future. We also recognize the impact that organizational change can have on trust and the employee experience. Building stronger communication and creating opportunities for employees to grow are areas we remain focused on improving. Thank you again for your honest feedback. If you're open to sharing more about your experience, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect. Please feel free to reach out to our People Experience team at px@fetchrewards.com.

Pros

The people are incredibly smart, collaborative, and genuinely invested in each other's success. It's a fast-paced environment where you'll constantly be solving new problems and learning new skills. If you enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and working alongside talented teammates, it's a great place to build your career. The culture is one of the company's biggest strengths—people care deeply about the business, but just as importantly, they care about one another.

Cons

The pace isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift quickly as the business evolves, so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change. Like many high-growth companies, there are times when balancing speed with process can be challenging.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review and for being part of Fetch over the past several years. It’s meaningful to hear that our collaborative culture, talented teammates, and opportunities for ownership and growth have stood out in your experience. You’re right that our pace and evolving priorities require adaptability, and we appreciate your balanced perspective on both the opportunities and challenges that come with that. Your advice around leadership development, clear communication, and preserving our culture as we scale is well taken. Thank you for helping make Fetch a place where people care deeply about the work and one another.

Pros

Fast Paced, amazing people and culture, transparency, rapid growth, unique consumer value prop, strong company purpose, FUN.

Cons

Fast paced. :) Good and bad. Fast growing start up, so have to be able to keep up with the pace, be agile, collaborative, resourceful, problem solve. If you can do that, it's great.

Thank you for taking the time to share this review and for your continued dedication over the past three years. We're thrilled to hear that our people, culture and transparency have been such positive highlights of your time here. It means a lot to know that our company purpose and consumer value proposition continue to inspire you, and that you are having fun along the way. We had a good laugh seeing "fast-paced" in both sections. We agree that navigating a rapid-growth environment brings a unique mix of exciting opportunities and real challenges. Keeping up with a demanding pace requires a lot of hard work, but we want to ensure it never comes at the expense of your well-being. It is important to us that as we grow, our team members feel actively supported in setting boundaries and taking the time they need to recharge. Thanks again for sharing your perspective and for being part of the journey!
