Pros

As product based company, people can acquire a lot of Domain knowledge . It is good stable company. There be always challenges to meet client requirements, so people can explore there technical knowledge to meet that. colleagues are good and helpful. Average salary.

Cons

No work from home facility available. Technology is not at most latest (which is normal behavior of a product based company). Office politics

Pros

Nothing as such except you will get a lot of time in office to do your own stuffs like reading books,playing games, online shopping etc.

Cons

People lacked professionalism. They focus more on total hours spent in office rather than productivity. Very less scope for growth and learning. Worse pay package. Works as a "Sarkari" office.
