Good company to learn about Trust accounting and Hedge fund partnership accounting

Pros

small company so moves fast and can learn if person has initiative and works closely with the stakeholders.Opportunity to learn to work with the offshore offices in India.

Cons

Certain senior managers have no idea about what's going on in the market and what competitors are doing so instead of growing have been losing long term clients due to lack of focus on strategy. Also there is no synergy between the two products so R&D in one offering doesn't get translated into any advantages to the other

Small fast growing company. Opportunities to learn about Trust Accounting and the Alternate investment services industy. Opportunity to experience firsthand how the oursourcing industy works and how it can be used to effectively support clients in the US.

Cons

Conservative in some aspects and lack of invesmtent in resources where potential opportunities exist
