The company looks for you to climb the ladder but will outright have hiring managers denying you for roles due to expectations not listed in next level job requirements. They also don’t take all experience and education into account. They are switching to make hybrid me 2 weeks a month in office. Which is laughable considering the majority of roles are not a team environment nor do they need any facilities, the roles should be 100% remote.

Recurrent tech issues Unprofessional work environment Standard soul sucking corporate environment. Managers that expect you to suck up to get a crumb of respect or opportunity (This is coming from someone that is on their good side) Rude clients that do not get reprimanded Inefficient procedures but try suggesting change Ha! Low pay as compared to across the industry
