Pros

Having a regular schedule and work life balance was good

Cons

The culture is one that is stuck back in the 50's. Many layers and department silos that can't and don't interact with each other. Management that is more political than an episode of the real housewives. Integrity from upper management is nonexistent They will lie to you and mislead you and smile while they throw you under the bus.

Used to be good, but leadership is running it into the ground

Pros

A bad job is better than no job.

Cons

Abysmally low pay, so-so benefits, advancement is based on politics and not on performance, managers will deliberately hold back good employees from promotion because they don’t want to go through the hassle of replacing them, branches closing and staffing is so thin that one vacation or sick person out for the day cripples business for the day.
