Pros

offers competitve products. offers classroom and online training. great sales and service process if it would be consistently used. decent bonus structure.

Cons

it is all about who you know and how much people like you to get ahead. too many changes in upper management which leads to inconsistent management techniquies. no consistency in how employees are rated. great performance doesn't matter if you aren't in the "in crowd".
