Pros

Great entry-level experience, but very difficult to move out of retail. Flexible time schedules and great benefits (although somewhat costly.)

Cons

Very difficult to move on to to other areas outside of retail. Strong focus on SALES at all costs, even as a teller!

Look elsewhere if possible.

Pros

Benefits. Fellow workers. Nothing else.

Cons

Goals are so ridiculous. Then if you meet them they make them harder. Raises are a joke. Don't expect to make anything without a promotion. Promotions are hard to come by. Very unfair with salaries. If you out perform someone they will still probably make more money. So focused on selling their products that they forget about what the customer needs. Definitely a stepping stone job. Don't expect much.
