Pros

They pay kind of well but other than that, nothing much is good, the management is pretty cool but they all seem fake

Cons

Everything is outdated, the Ace system is soooooooo old school, they don't have to many products, and they operate as of there a national bank like Wells Fargo, and they require there customers to have a 680 credit score to get a credit card, wouldn't recommend

Pros

There are decent benefits and stable hours. The people you work with everyday become like family. Never have late nights.

Cons

Pay incentives steadily diminishing Goals set are usually unattainable Pay is low Upper management has no idea what actually goes on inside a retail branch and only care about sales A lot of micromanaging Constantly cutting positions leaving branches understaffed

Pros

Paid vacations. Salary workers get to do as they please (pro for if you get to be paid salary).

Cons

The management. Poor communication. Unrealistic expectations. A lot of talking behind backs goes on as well.
