      Horrible Treatment Surrounding Coronavirus

      Good 401K matching program and good training.

      Cons

      You’re just a number. The company will promise you incentive (if you hit/exceed your goal,) but may not pay you. Currently during the Coronavirus, the company is not providing cleaning supplies which were promised to arrive at every branch by March 13th. They are telling the public how they are protecting the employees but are not at all. There are branches where employees are getting the virus and upper management does not think it’s fit to do deep cleans or have the coworkers stay home for 14 days in case of exposure.

      Nice 401k match. But they have to to attract employees.

      Cons

      Truly a numbers company. No value add to the community nor employees. Cutthroat company and has been for years. Employee turnover is crazy, kind of funny really. STAY AWAY.

      Good 401k match and benefits.

      Cons

      Micro managed so much that your manager will literally sit in your office to critique you on how you speak to clients and make phone calls. Point quota is unattainable on customer service alone, you must push loans in order to make quota. This isn’t a customer service based position, this is a pushing loans position. You will not be trained on how to create a CD, open a checking account or fill out an application for a loan; however you will be taught a script that you will have to repeat with every customer.
