Pros

Pay is good and better be connected personally to those holding all of the cards

Cons

Culture, multi year budget needed to finish solutions. Company is run by finance.

Pros

Work/Life Balance is good in my position. I was able to perfect many skills in my role and the benefits are pretty great.

Cons

Short sighted minimum wage increases that have personally made me frustrated after 6 years with the company I have never made more than $4 over the minimum because as my performance improves over time the minimum blindly gets increased behind me leaving me to feel that my efforts were pointless.

Pros

- work from home - decent pay

Cons

- low annual raise (1.2%) - management thrives on nepotism/favoritism and gas lighting. If you expose this to HR/ER they will inform you boss that you reported them. Allowed management to then create a narrative to force employees out of the company.
