Pros

Pay is competitive. Time off is fair. I like that I can buy and extra weeks vacation.

Cons

Chicago region only cares about the bottom line. Nothing more. They work people like dogs to fulfil all of upper management micromanaging demands. You spend more time proving you are doing their menial tasks vs actually helping customers. And they are illegally figuring hourly employee pay. You have to log on to a computer to clock in and you are NOT paid for it. That’s class action lawsuit worthy. I have worked at a couple banks this one is by far THE WORST. RUN! Do not work here...
