Pros

I loved fifth third, they always made you feel great to be an employee there.

Cons

You didn't move anywhere, a lot of promises to move up that never happened.

Pros

Upper level management is fantastic and engaging. CEO cares about the community and client satisfaction. I believe Fifth Third is heading in the right direction.

Cons

Some branch managers make you wonder why and how they are branch managers. I guess that’s what you get when you have a large collection of them, some are great, others are not.

Pros

Discounts for zoos, movies, Reds games and free parking( when they don't close down a whole floor for nothing)..Made great friends while there. Learned many things to do on my call after call..Your hours is always changed.. Many nights, weekends, and holidays you have to work..You are always trained to wear many hats but paid for none..We all got a $2.00 an hr raise and we were lead to believe it was because we did a great job for the company. Found out $2.00 was across the board. So felt like we all was lied to. No morale and high turnover. In my 2 yrs I have never been made to feel welcomed. Made to feel like I was never good enough..When they had activities for the employees, you had to go on your 15 minute break and things was done in a hurry and done only half way..All my friends quit and or got termed. No layoffs with 5/3. Either you're fired or you quit.

Cons

Not enough pay for what you are required to do..Very low morale and high turnover..Too any long hours and short pay.
