      Pros

      The benefits and the people are outstanding, the latter depending on where you work. The company seems to be embracing change, especially recently. The leadership has been churning in a net positive way.

      Cons

      The pace of changing entrenched, maladaptive organizational habits is too slow. These habits often empower poor managers at the expense of talented employees. Those who prioritize sound bites over substance can thrive and advance, which is troubling.

      Pros

      Great benefits and some great people here. I enjoyed just about everyone I came into contact with.

      Cons

      If you aren't made of money, they definitely discriminate against you. I've seen my manager do some pretty horrible stuff and act downright rude to customers just because they didn't have money or were on the "wrong side of town".

      Pros

      always in communication with other branches and easily accessible help lines. Lots of training is provided. 401k match up to 7 percent, stock options, paid holidays

      Cons

      understaffed, micromanaged, underwriting is a complete nightmare. never apply for a loan through fifth third. every month there's a new task they want you to focus on in addition to the million other things you have to do during your day with minimal staffing and no overtime.
