Pros

If working at corporate (in Madisonville), its a great community of people to work with. Ample opportunity to be promoted within.

Cons

Management changes hands often and the management/team structure changes often as well. Underwriters are frequently left to put out fires and pick up dropped balls (deficits from loan origination through processing). Underwriters are touching the files far too many times to be as productive as they should be. This makes for long days, long hours, delayed closings, unhappy customers and frustrated employees.
