Pros

a paycheck that comes every two weeks

Cons

Constantly understaffed. This company hires people that are completely incapable of doing their responsibilities efficiently. The company has no problem letting them stay there while one person does the work of 3-4. They then use the understaffing to penalize you for sales goals not being good enough. Pay is not competitive. They raised minimum wage twice will i worked there. Employees that worked there for 20 years get paid the same someone gets with 0 experience walking through the door. The new employees, then do bare minimum to get a paycheck so the old employees quit and leave the branches constantly understaffed. Management has 0 credentials to be in the position entirely. They operate selfishly, and have the emotional capacity of a teenager. Customers have even made comments that the company can never retain employees. Worked several months with no breaks.

Pros

Day shift position but working late nights

Cons

Absolutely everything. Management, hours, not competitive pay, rude upper management, no help from management. No value in employees unless you’re close with upper management or lgbtq
