Pros

I was not unemployed and had a job.

Cons

My experience was that expectations and feedback were often unclear. After raising concerns through HR regarding another employee, I ultimately received a ‘not a fit’ assessment despite previously receiving positive feedback. Others may have had a different experience, but I left feeling the process lacked transparency.

Pros

Great benefits Good co-workers Easy workplace environement

Cons

As a developer I was quickly burnt out based on poor planning by management. My team was overloaded with no empathy and all 16 engineers ended up leaving the company. The pay was no good enough for the stress. I had to re-introduce myself to a executive leading my team probably 10 times in a 4 month span and she never remembered me.
