- The people I got to work with and around were great - Have the chance to bring modern solutions to a company that has relied on legacy applications - Benefits have been good - Leadership has been transparent and attentive to the workers

Cons

- The process of modernizing is slow with a lot of hoops to jump through - Difficult to change some typical patterns that feel wasteful - Pretty locked down, but expected with working for a bank - Was never sure of what my career roadmap was
