There's so many projects and products going on that there's never a dull moment. The company rewards speed and obsession to detail, which is a creative's heaven. Long hours but everyone is pulling their weight and willing to help, which is really encouraging. We have so many users that sincerely love the work we do. The free meals, commute benefits, and beautiful office also makes going to work painless vs. a chore.

Cons

(Did I mention long hours?) If there's a big launch or some event we have to get ahead of, we're working late nights with pressure to deliver. We're also hiring and growing so fast that every month there's a bunch of new faces and people who are still figuring out the company, culture, and how they fit in. Can lead to stressful and chaotic moments a day or two before we release something.
