Junior level managers that need coaching and shouldn’t have been promoted to managers in the first place Toxic cliquey culture Leadership that has no idea how to pass down and communicate information, can’t make decisions quickly and is constantly saying things are on fire Some leaders aren’t even subject matter experts bur continue to thrive in their toxicity because their ICs are great.
