Pros

1. A welcoming work environment that's fun and focused 2. An amazing product that gets better by the day 3. A highly engaged community of users in every part of the world 4. An incredible team made up of talented and creative people 5. A lot left to build!

Cons

A small employee base means there is always a lot of work to do and sometimes not enough people (or time) to do it.

Pros

- Excellent coworkers, some of the smartest people in the world - Generous benefits + equity (and people dedicated to fixing some of the relics [mat leave] - Great career growth opportunity - Market recognition - Solid solid bias toward action + building things - Very open, kind, supportive culture [EVEN ON SALES] - Tons of women in key positions elevating other women - Great ERGs and openness on leadership's part to evolve - Generous generous flexibility with COVID

Cons

- Moving very fast means you can feel hurt sometimes - It also means that benefits, comp and equity all have to evolve with the company - Sr leadership is growing so even in 1 year, transparency has increased but seems less approachable - Endless amounts of things to do constantly but the team is really really good about work life balance
