Pros
I haven't worked at a place with a better combination of super smart people who are earnestly rooting for each other to succeed. Work life balance is really solid. I work pretty much 9-5 and don't feel held back career-wise. There are interesting technical challenges. I've learned a lot here. The business is shaping up to be successful. Nothing is guaranteed, but financially it's a pretty good bet.
Cons
It's growing very quickly and we don't have cross-team communication nailed down. This leads to some projects feeling confusing until the right people talk to each other. I'd love to see more racial and gender diversity in leadership. A lot of foundational infrastructure is being worked on. This is exciting, but it means that sometimes we're building on foundations that are only half way there.
