Compensation is rarely adjusted, regardless of increases in responsibilities or the capability of the employee. The company consistently sets deadlines/guidelines for procedures and fails to adhere/follow through. There is little to no transparency/communication from the top down. Decisions often blind side the employee's (CSA's).
Day by day, the overwhelming feeling of expendability is constantly reinforced by the seemingly unending changes they implement with no concern as to how it affects their workforce. Very few individuals within this company are qualified for their roles and it's evident, Most individuals in management are either uninformed or unwilling to openly communicate.
The company boasts ideals of selecting the right individual for the right role regardless of seniority, however, that is just another self imposed policy they fail to adhere to. Internal growth is "promoted" at first glance, however, the company makes it evident they want to keep you in the role you start in if at all possible.
Leadership allows approximately 10 minutes per month to hear feedback/answer questions from the team at large. Often times, those 10 minutes are cut short and questions are left unanswered.
