Figure is an exciting workplace filled with innovative hardworking people. We have big goals but even bigger drive to accomplish them. We are growing rapidly which is both exciting and challenging. Leadership at Figure is very transparent, which is so important in a start-up. The company is focused on financial education which is beneficial to customers and employees.
