The lack of communication from leadership. I would not say there was even favoritism or anything like it. My focus was on my team and making sure any hurdle that was in front of them was removed. The focus from direct leaders was more targeted on figuring out how to blame someone for low production vs how to make the customer experience better. There were a lot of under trained associates giving out incorrect information. My team had to clean this up daily. There were fires everywhere on a given day and I had to manage the priority of each one and push as hard as I could early in the morning to late night to take care of these which the management team truly was blind to. In the end I’ll tell people this. Figure has a good vision and there are some great ideas I also contributed to some of those. I would warn people though that at anytime anyplace you can get a phone call and boom your discarded like trash

Very fast paced environment. Goals and objectives can change very quickly. Your team and project could change suddenly to another before completion.
