      Pros

      On a great team that works well together remotely. Company is very transparent which is refreshing for a late stage start-up I feel I have an impact and my work is visible Benefits are 100% paid Company prioritize and sees the value of DE&I Excited about all the game changing current and future products

      Cons

      Not too many. A little better 401k, and better snacks.

      Pros

      - Shaking up a very large and interesting industry with new technologies - Weekly AMAs help keep people on the same page as leadership and can be fun - Leadership seems fairly organized. - Lots of time to actually work instead of meet about working

      Cons

      - The biggest con is communication. It feels very bad to ask questions or contribute to the discussion and have my questions/comments ignored. It's common to go a day or two without really hearing anything substantial from the team and getting feedback on things like product demos, user feedback, etc is really difficult. - My team does not have retrospectives; bringing things up in 1:1s doesn't feel like its doing enough and it feels like we're not looking to improve. - Product and Engineering (at least on my team) feel like they're often not understanding each other and is failing in regards to team work.

      Pros

      The engineering side of Figure is focused on results, not time spent in a chair. They offer support when you need to it get something done, and no micromanaging. Iteration is the name of the game, and they are all about the iteration cycle of design, execute, push to test, and do it again.

      Cons

      Some of the initiatives are sidelined when close to the finish line, and requirements change mid execution.
