Business Outlook
Pros
-Startup moving to more mature phase of business, so there is lots of opportunity to grow and make an impact -The people are outstanding. Very down to earth, outgoing, and less politics than other organizations I've worked at -Mostly remote, which provides tons of flexibility -Company is very transparent, weekly meetings to hear from Exec Leadership what is happening, priorities, etc. -Big on swag and supporting various DEI groups and initiatives -Making an impact in the fintech space
Cons
-Very fast paced, so it might not be a fit for everyone -Typical growing pains when moving from start up to more mature organization -There is always way more to get done than hours in the day-- but I look at this as a positive
