Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're happy to hear you think Figure is great but wish that could have been for all parts of the company. We strive for consistency with our KPIs that we discuss weekly at the all staff team meeting. A few things we’ve done recently to drive continued pay equity for everyone across the company include; issuing 30 pay adjustments/increases so far this year for Ops employees, improving the bonus program for the Mortgage Processors by switching to production based plan with additional earning potential paid monthly rather than quarterly, and are working on similar improvements to Mortgage Loan Originators. We will continue to review compensation on a quarterly basis and make recommendations where necessary to drive pay equity across all groups of the company. Thank you again for your input.
