Pros
This company has so much potential and I continue to be amazed by the great benefits offered to all employees. The suite of benefits offered including the zero premium cost to employees medical/dental and vision is better than any I have seen in my career. The individual department dynamic in Figure is also better than any company I have ever worked for. My team has helped me improve in my profession and made me feel like I'm part of a family. We work hard, play hard, and look out for one another. I love the transparency and visibility of the Executive team during the weekly all-company meetings.
Cons
Although the culture within each individual department is solid there are some concerns regarding the cross-functional teams and how they work together. Sometimes we forget we are all on the same team and the "blame game' rears its ugly head instead of just solving the issue. I believe only a few people are driving this type of behavior and I am hopeful that this will be addressed and changed. With so much potential on the line, I hope management recognizes this issue and makes an adjustment to change that behavior before it grows and permeates the organization.
