      Everyone that works at Figure is incredibly nice, brilliant and all around awesome to have worked with.

      Cons

      There is very little mentoring or help in terms of learning while on the job for beginner roles. Very hands-off approach.

      Amazing people, amazing projects, amazing perks. Life takes priority here and in turn it allows you to perform better at your job.

      Cons

      There aren't offices everywhere but this is actually turning into a pro because we are starting to have off-sites that include the entire team!
