      Pros

      There are very few companies as innovative as Figure. Most other fintech companies are doing what traditional finance companies are doing with a fancy UI, but label themselves fintech. -Remote first. -The AMAs with Mike and senior leadership is great. -Pays for health insurance. -Provides monthly and annual stipend remote employees.

      Cons

      The company may move too fast for some people. However, it is a startup and that is to be expected. Doesn’t offer 401k match, but offers plenty of other perks.

      Pros

      Great company. C suite is very open and transparent about what's going on in the company, goals, direction, etc. There are frequent AMA's so we can ask direct questions to upper management. Very supportive and flexible when it comes to your work/life balance. Career growth is encouraged and supported. It's also fun to get code into production after your first week of working.

      Cons

      Definitely a little chaotic under the hood but not terrible. The onboarding is still being worked on and there's tons of stuff that has already been built out that isn't necessarily documented well yet. With how fast they move it does make it a little hard to keep up at times.
