Ryan the CEO is a very, very unstable person. All you need to know is that he is a Las Vegas personal injury lawyer... The only thing holding the company together was the VP of sales and he just quit because of the unethical things Ryan dose

It was a great opportunity at a start up. The product was truly revolutionizing the industry and was on it's way to doing great things.

Cons

Within the last year there have been 2 "direction changes" where promises were made and talks of "taking over the industry" were taking place. With those 3 mass hirings there we 2 mass layoffs for no other explanation than "you're not part of the direction we are going." Working for this company is about as safe as jumping into a piranha filled tank and hoping you won't be bit. Employees who tirelessly day and night to help the company grow were demoted and laid off as soon as someone "better" came along and promises made were quickly revoked and given to someone else. They will pay you well, but you have 0 job security, even if you're a top performer. Good luck.

A few people who are left are nice.

Cons

Ryan Anderson fired 13 people for no reason! And then jokes with other employees that is was “Blood Bath Monday!” I have zero respect for him! His decisions are irrational and out of control!
