      Pros

      I liked some of the people that were there, product seemed liked it did what it was supposed to.

      Cons

      Insecure work environment, laid off with several other people out of nowhere. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Zero training until two months in. I believe the founder makes emotional decisions which causes for an unstableness.

      Pros

      Gained lots of experience in many different aspects of the company. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Owners are disloyal. No job security. Employees are fired without notice or explanation. Lots of promises are made, and none are fulfilled. Owner uses manipulation and verbal harassment to "motivate" employees which makes it that much worse when he doesn't follow through on the promises he makes. Little to no training or support is given to employees.

      Fast growing company with lots of room to grow.

      Cons

      Since it's growing so fast you must be flexible and willing to take on different roles.
