We do our best to take care of our clients and we've been able to build great relationships with customers. I love working at Filevine and believe the leadership team supports my individual growth and financial goals.

Cons

At Filevine you work hard, put in the effort and get rewarded. If you are looking for a great company and have a strong work ethic, you can do well financially on the sales team.

Great co-workers. That's about it.

Cons

2023 was a record breaking sales year for the company. How tmdo they reward their employees? They cut their commissions down. No change in quota. So "do the same job with the same goals, but we will pay you less, even though we made record profits." Slave driving with sales. It's all about "what have you done for me today" mentality. They come out with new products and features, yet don't train on them.

Cons

Everything. Terrible pay structure. Absolutely no personal life allowed. Leaders who are clueless. Both the SVP and EVP are completely out of touch. Do not work for this company.
