Commissions have been wrong every single month. Who knows how many thousands they have shorted me while I've been here. No one is hitting quota, and nothing is being done about it. The record breaking AM team was dissolved, seemingly on a whim, and now everyone is an AE with a tiny territory and an even smaller book. There is zero transparency on anything, or why certain changes are being made. They just try to gaslight you into thinking this is the best thing that could happen. CEO openly says he doesn't really care about employees, and it shows in the way he interacts (or doesnt even acknowledge more like) us, other than to crack the whip.
There is no clear expectations of what we are supposed to do; it's like we are AEs, CSMs, AMs and more all in one. They systems are also non-existant. To get anything done or find any answer you have to ask multiple people who just say 'go ask someone else'.
Also none of the tech/sales benefits exist here. No swag, no fun things, in office 8-5 every day with very little exception. You have to sneak out even if it's for approved PTO. I've been in sales for 6 years and this is by far the worst place I've ever worked. Even though it's a tough job market out there...DO NOT WORK AT FILEVINE
