Pros
No pros - I was feed lies - I am already looking for new opportunities, this place is going downhill quickly.

{PROCEED WITH CAUTION} Read the reviews on glassdoor and take them seriously, they are TRUE. I am a current employee and I can't take it anymore. There is no Head of Marketing - there hasn't been anyone in that spot for a while - there is a reason. Marketing is in shambles. Everyone is looking to jump ship. Awful culture. There is no acting CFO anymore - even though every "all hands" meeting said we were doing amazing. This is alarming. There is no Head of People - so basically it's a free for all. No rules, no culture, no best practices. This company is a literal joke. My words of wisdom: Look at joining Clio or Litify or some company more established - they have their stuff together. They have all of the people in the leadership spots that Filevine does not have and does not care to hire for (just look at their careers page - not one role I mentioned is up there that they are actively hiring for). I hope to jump over there soon to avoid the sinking ship that is Filevine.

Pros
Lots of autonomy, friendly/smart team, fast paced, with ability to make a real impact. Management listens to ideas/suggestions and is very open minded on how to constantly improve the product. FV really does recognize and reward those who put in the work to prove themselves, which is not something that can be said about every company. Zero bureaucracy - even senior leadership has an open door policy.
Cons
If you're not into fast-paced settings or if you are someone who requires handholding, FV may not be a good fit. At FV, I've had the freedom to be entrepreneurial which is something that I personally enjoy.
