      Pros

      - Great managers and coworkers. Made so many lifelong connections here. - Salt Lake office is super cool and fun to work in. - Good money.

      Cons

      - The execs do not care about you (SDRs were treated particularly poorly), in office everyday, expected to prospect outside of office hours, unexpected and unfair layoffs.

      Started Great Then Rugged - Going Downhill Quick

      Pros

      Had some great teammates and first level management Swag

      Cons

      - Downgrading PTO - Downgrading medical insurance - Executives try to have team and culture building meetings and get to know you's only to undercut it and make everyone worried they will be laid off - Denying layoffs - Sales can't properly sell products and services with reasonable expectations to the customer so they subsidize everything with software licenses which makes them unprofitable and dependent on private equity and VC money - Layoffs for Christmas, tried to get everyone to go to partners, but more than half of people left the Filevine ecosystem so they are kneecapping themselves and their clients are going to suffer. The employees staying had their workload double or triple, so morale is terrible. - CEO sucks at business but is pretty good at selling kool aid and hype. Fake, goes against his church's values.

      - The company has some really cool and nice people working at it.

      Cons

      - Basically everything else. - They spout positive cultural rhetoric, but they don't follow through. - No real consideration for diversity, inclusion, balance, etc. - Leadership is not equipped to take the company through the next phase. - Poor morale overall. - They only care about sales. Every other department gets the short end of the stick.
