Going downhill

Pros

The people I work with are great. No, this does not include the executive team. Pay is decent but keeps going down with additional responsibilities adding up.

Cons

What used to make filevine great is quickly falling apart. The morale on the sales team is so low because they are absolutely running us into the ground. We have been sprinting since the beginning of the year and nothing we do is good enough. We had a record month and quarter and we got a “pat yourselves on the back” speech. Oh, and then the next day get ready go talk about what you’re closing for this month. No thought at all about the individuals and how we are feeling. The executive team is so blind to it and just thinks everyone is complaining for no reason.

ANOTHER bad review?!

Pros

- I made some great friends here! - Aesthetic office. - There are opportunities to sell at events such as conferences, seminars, and trade shows. (This is also your opportunity to network and meet someone who will get you out of Filevine and land you a better, higher-earning job) - Startup life means there are opportunities to work directly with your senior and C-level executives.

Cons

- The retention rate blows and there’s a surplus of bad reviews for a reason: leadership from the top down is toxic. - After you onboard, there is no training. You are on your own. - No remote opportunities, expect to be in the office everyday (if they say there are hybrid opportunities, they are lying to themselves and to you) - They treat the SDRs like children and the AEs aren’t closing deals (aka you aren’t going to make any money and promotions are backhanded)
