Pros

Talented team to learn from. You won't get growth there but they make you work so much that in 2 years time you would be an expert in your field. Thus when you will switch job then good hike is a sure thing. Some Managers are but management is not.

Cons

They make you lie to clients blatantly. Will show you to be a 5-6 years experienced developer to clients even though you are just 1 years experienced. They use upwork and freelance id of their employees who have left like 3-4 years ago to grab projects. This is their business model. Hire freshers and train them for 3-4months and then show them as experienced developer to rip off clients! If you resign then from that day onwards they will start treating you different. After resignation you will not get salary for 3 months notice and settlement would be done after 45 days of relieving. In that settlement they would deduct every possible thing they could think of. They deduct salary for being late even by a minute. One time CEO gave excuse for low increment that rupee is getting stronger compared to dollars so they are generating low revenue and then 1 month later CEO himself announced that they did 60% more business this year!

Thanks for your review. We would like to understand which profile according to you is poorly paid at Finoit. Experienced hires are paid at par with industry standard and freshers joining the organization have been attaining package of 5.5Lakhs/Annum+ within 2 years of completion of the organization. Re reputation, we are not certain what are your expectations are and whether you are talking about reputations amongst prospect employees or industry, but employees joining other organizations from Finoit have always been kept in high regard by their next employer and Finoit is respected for its quality of work. If you have come across any specific incidence which reflects poor pay or poor reputation then please elaborate the same and we will help to provide a logical explanation of same and will try to improve.

Pros

A Corrosive Atmosphere. A "WORK-CULTURE" which recommends you to look busy and do nothing. A workplace which is more Fragile than Agile. A workplace where management is filled to the brim with nut jobs.

Cons

Poor Leadership. Absolute Chaos. Non Meritorious boot-licking culture. Several sketchy things going on behind closed doors. Unrealistic metrics. Plenty of immature bullying that often comes off as cartoonish straight from the most senior con artists. Organized in developing reckless mess. Everything is made apparent to the clients but at the same time they all believe their idea is the best one out there. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but one candidate saved is a win.

Hi there….Thanks for your review and feedback. Your advice has been taken as a constructive feedback and would love you to elaborate on following: 1. If you could quote any example of ‘Work culture’ of looking busy and do nothing? We encourage people to be either engaged in their work activity or learn something if they don’t have work assigned. 2. We have remain absolutely flat in terms of hierarchy and structure. We are not certain where you picked ’Non-meritorious boot Licking culture’ reference from however if you see the history of raise and other aspects, you will see that top performing, professional people have always been rewarded the best. If you have an example then please quote so that we can understand and stop delivering such experience and perspective. 3. Our culture is driven by the philosophy of developing professional, learned individuals and deliver successful projects to the customers. 4. Experienced people who have joined us have always stated that we are not very aggressive and a bit laid back. Can you please elaborate what ‘Unrealistic metrics’ you have come across or observed? We appreciate your feedback and have taken the positive out of it especially why people leave. Though we have the associated data of all former employees, we will work on it.
