Pros
You get a lot of room to expose your skills & get recognized by the managers & the management. No politics, simple norms. Gives a good start to your Career & chilled out space for freshers.
Cons
You don't have a lot of different roles to play or grow beyond the first level, so you find yourself doing redundant jobs in a relatively short span. Your work will be recognized but not appreciated (just words are not enough). There is NO HR PROCESS at all (except for the exit), you have to remind people about everything. 10 hours work schedule becomes a overkill right after the first year.
