- Good technology and smart team ( But most of the old team has already left Fiorano and new team is not as good. Quality is going down)
Cons
- Worst work culture possible. - Founder and CEO is a total control freak and worst is he does not care for employees. - No leaves. - 10 hrs working (even if you do not have work you need to spend 10 hrs in offc!!). - Working Saturdays. - No appreciation of hard work. - Pay is not per industry standards - Product development is almost dead now, only maintenance going on. There is no roadmap. - Atul saini is CEO, CTO, President, Engineering head, Sales Head and sole person in upper management. - Atul Saini does not have any plans for companies expansion and company will be most probably sold in a few years.
