Pros

They pay pretty well and the non upper managers are very knowledgeable and great coworkers.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with what is going on where the work is being done.

Pros

We could drink at work (also a con). Snacks were cool. Lunch was good but not realistic.

Cons

Too top heavy.... Two VPs of HR? Okay..., over staffed, too many people on one any given project, resulting in spinning wheels and "he said/she said." Lack of support from a manager that was more of a people pleaser, caved to the business instead of doing the right thing. A lot of clicky immature behavior, talking behind co-works backs, and not fully embracing new employees. Once there was a target on your back there was no getting rid of it. Marked for the "life" or until they started to crumble under mismanagement and an unsustainable culture of "give give give" and "me me me" and laid off hundreds of employees.

Pros

1. Still have a sizable market share in security. 2. Sandbox tech works very well. 3. There are still a bunch of extremely smart people in Engineering and research. 4. Catered lunch four days a week. 5. Unlimited vacation (good if you are taking interviews to get out of this place).

Cons

1. Network engineering is headed by a spineless idiot who knows nothing. 2. There is too much ego clash among managers in the company. Everyone is busy pushing their own stuff instead of looking out for the greater good. 3. No clear path forward for employees to grow. Promotion is arbitrary and usually used as a pacifying measure. 4. Way too many bad hires made in the past few years in the name of growth. 5. Pay well below market rates. 6. Lack of vision from upper management and product managers.
