Pros

The HQ office is an easy commute being next to 880. The fruit, lunch, and other free snacks make eating readily available. Ability to learn a lot at the company. The service desk seem to be up to par at this company, except for one of the newer individuals whom is asleep half the time I need assistance.

Cons

Upper management - C levels (except for Mandia), the grotesque amount of directors and VPs, HR is only good at giving things away, and not doing their actual jobs. I've been in the finance department for nearly two years now and can't believe the amount of equipment that just gets "approved". Our IT group seems to always be making changes to the environment that breaks one or five things and makes half the company use another tool as a work around. No culture

Pros

Team members within same group generally work well together. Fast sales growth add to the challenging and fast pace work environment. Young enough company to still implement new processes and ideas.

Cons

1. Much disconnect between departments to achieve major project goals. 2. Seconday IPO offering two months before employees could sell, was not fair and could be considered insider trading. This has damaged employee loyalty and trust in the senior management plans. Most are anticipating another next stock selling plan which will benefit senior management instead of their employees. 3. No 401K matching 4. Benefits are average at best.

There's always something new to learn in the cybersecurity field, and you get to work with some of smartest people around.

Cons

There are frequent layoffs and reorgs. The stock is performing poorly as well.
