Good company that's growing quickly

Pros

Good job overall, really no complaints. Overtime is plentiful but there's no pressure to take it. They're very open about what's going on in the company and they're willing to help train you and get you where you need to be.

Cons

Due to the company growing quickly, there can be some growing pains and some of those can be hard to deal with.

Pros

Interesting subject matter. Lots of great and hardworking people.

Cons

Communication from management is abysmal. Management rarely backfills positions when good people leave due to uncompetitive pay. Manufacturing site is an hour outside of Austin. Engineers regularly work 50+ hours per week, and some weekends, but receive no incentives (bonuses, overtime pay, etc.)
