Opportunity to work along side intelligent dedicated individuals

Cons

Expect to be laid off for no reason at any given time regardless of how many hours you put into your work tasks. Managers are self serving and will throw you under the bus to save themselves. HR is not there for the company, not you. Document every interaction you have for your own safety. Major work place safety concerns. Diversity issues.

Cons

Extreme overwork and burnout. Upper management will be very slow to hire more staff and expect a team of 2-5 people to do the work of 10-20.
