Pros

Passionate people with a great mission. Extreme ownership. Growth in all directions, depending on support of your leadership. Great place for a new grad looking to gain experience.

Cons

Leadership is not aligned with a lot of finger pointing. Unrealistic goals which result in people becoming burnt out quick and not much motivation.

Great, hardworking, and smart engineers

Cons

the work-life balance wasn't ideal, we even had to work some Saturdays. It would be interesting to check in now, though, especially since they've got new investors and just went public. Maybe the culture has shifted for the better!
