Monday-Friday for the most part. Good place for young people to start out, that's it.
Cons
Where to begin? Five bathrooms in a building of 100 people, and they are "ALL GENDER" bathrooms. Their recruiters promise you the world to get you there, IE..telling you that all the departments get 50-55 hrs a week..NOT TRUE, I haven't seen overtime yet!! You have ZERO sick days, so you have to burn vacation for sick kids, doctors appointments, etc. They tell you you get 15 days PTO, which takes FOREVER to accrue....7.2hrs a month!! Their recruiters tell you about huge percentage yearly raises, NOT TRUE! They have managers running departments that have ZERO aerospace experience , but hey.....they came from Amazon! Management can walk in the room and won't know a think about an employee..their wife's name, kids name, how many, nothing....because they DON'T CARE, YOU'RE REPLACEABLE. The pay is so so but for an area that has such a high cost of living...property taxes, home prices, etc, they need to do way better! There is NO cost of living raise like other industries give, you're stuck with whatever meager raise your manager gives, I can promise you it won't cover the increase in their health insurance.
