-Was not properly compensated for training!(travel times and meals as promised) -You need to threaten to quit to get a raise(this was not me but another employee) -Online training can be cumbersome being Flat-rate -Vehicle Scheduling(ive never sat around so many hours a day waiting for a car to work on in my career) -Managements solution to low flat rate hours booked = 12 hours a day 5 days a week. Im still booking the same hours by the way, im still waiting for cars to arrive so i can make some flat rate time :) -Firestone has taught me flat rate is very stressful and good luck to all of you doing a Mini cooper S oil change @ .3 labor hours :)

company doesn't value employees as much since new retail focus, hours are now being based on a set budget and they will cut. Micro managing down to listening to every phone call and yelling for saying no when the store is already short staffed and overwhelmed.
