      Pros

      There were no pro for working for this company at the local level. I cannot write any pros because there is none

      Cons

      Supervisors that do not coach and inspire, overbearing and micro manager hang over every thing you do and say. Write up every month for not performing but no coaching to get better. Even on the last month with I did over my quota I was still let go. Training in double bed rooms with complete strangers. No room for advancement. Horrible place to go to work every day. Newburgh store is slow and they will fire you if it gets slow

      Pay is ok. Bonus structure is good in management. Great training

      Cons

      I think there is a class for DM's called LIE LIE LIE. Ok so you have to start at the bottom no matter now much experience you have. Lots of training to work your way up. Upper management is vey nice to you UNTIL you are a store manager then the whole tone changes and you get treated poorly. Long hours, Time away from home for training. Micromanaged to death.

      Too much internal conflict/different goals by different groups - management too eager to "please the customer" even at the expense of giving it away
