Completely unappreciated, used as a laboring robot at minimum wage.

Pros

A way to enter the automotive repair field and room for advancement as a technician with a nationwide company.

Cons

Horrible wages, hard work, faced-paced, unappreciated, management didn't take harassment seriously when an employee was acting like a 10 year old bully, delivery-truck was an accident waiting to happen. Advancement will happen very slowly.

It's a paycheck that might pay the bills.

Cons

No work-life balance. Non-store management doesn't seem interested in staffing stores properly yet demands employees and stores be perfect despite severely overworking front office staff. Management doesn't seem to understand that a well-run store requires a staff. Pay is fairly low for the industry and raises don't exist. Techs are extremely underpaid and overworked.

Just like any other Automotive Facility its got its ups and downs. Most of the time its a good work environment. When it's not, it's probably because of how hectic things can get when things get extremely busy.

Cons

Pay. They do not pay enough for the headache you have to deal with and the stress of having to put up with management and owners when business isn't flourishing.
